Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit top talent
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  
  

Day-to-day

As a Personal Lines Account Manager (PLAM) you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
