- Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels.
- Recommend coverage based on individual needs
- Cultivate relationships with referral sources such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and auto dealerships.
- Stay current on products and industry trends
- Network and leverage referrals to grow your book of business
- Active personal lines insurance license
- 3 years of insurance sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Proficiency with agency management systems
- Base salary plus unlimited commission potential
