Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Handle all aspects of sales, including sourcing new business through cold and warm leads, as well as identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Account Management: Manage accounts, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to policyholder.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the quoting specialist and CSR teams to ensure clients receive the best possible service and coverage options.
- License: Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales. We are not looking for candidates who need to be trained from the ground up.
- Skills: Strong sales abilities, with experience handling both cold and warm leads. Must be comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and have excellent communication skills.
- Software: Experience with Epic is a huge plus, but not mandatory.
- Salary: Base salary up to $60,000, plus commission.
