- Take charge of your assigned book of business and ensure smooth workflow management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, working closely with our sales team to protect and grow clients' business.
- Review policies, endorsements, and proposals for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all processes meet our high standards.
- Oversee the marketing and quoting of new and renewal business, utilizing your industry knowledge to secure the best coverage.
- Handle special projects and collaborate directly with our VP of Commercial Lines to drive initiatives forward.
- Develop strong partnerships with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure outstanding service.
- 10 years of experience working with middle-market accounts in an agency setting.
- A client-focused professional who excels in insurance mitigation strategies and policy accuracy.
- Organized and capable of delegating tasks effectively while juggling multiple priorities.
- Experience with EPIC or similar agency management systems.
- Strong math, technical, and communication skills to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
