Our client, a leading TPA, has been experiencing tremendous growth and is expanding their Commercial Auto Claims Division. They are seeking to add an experienced Senior Auto/PD Claims Adjuster to their remote team. This position will consist of handling mid to complex Commercial Auto Claims nationwide for a dedicated account. The caseload is 120-130 . This person will be working in a full-time remote position.

They are seeking to add an experienced Senior Auto/PD Claims Adjuster to their remote team. This position will consist of handling mid to complex Commercial Auto Claims nationwide for a dedicated account. The caseload is 120-130 . This person will be working in a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, set reserves, negotiate, and settle claims from inception to close
- Handling Commercial Auto (80%) and General Liability (20%) Claims
- Handling low to medium Bodily Injury Claims
- Caseload: 120 – 130
- Some litigation
- Review terms, conditions, and exclusions of the insurance policy to determine coverage
- Make timely claims payments and adjustments; communicate claim action/processing with claimant and client
- 3 years of Commercial Auto/PD claims handling experience
- Active adjusters license is a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong litigation experience is preferred
- $ 75,000 to $ 85,000 annual base salary
- Annual bonus potential
