Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster - Remote

Our client, a leading TPA, has been experiencing tremendous growth and is expanding their General Liability Claims Division. They are seeking to add an experienced Senior GL Claims Adjuster to their remote team. This position will consist of handling mid to complex Commercial General Liability Bodily Injury and Commercial Auto Claims nationwide (Slip & Fall, Product, Premise) for a dedicated account. The caseload is 120-130 . This person will be working in a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, set reserves, negotiate, and settle claims from inception to close
• Handling Commercial Auto (80%) and General Liability (20%) Claims
• Handling low to medium Bodily Injury Claims
• Caseload: 120 – 130
• Some litigation
• Review terms, conditions, and exclusions of the insurance policy to determine coverage
• Make timely claims payments and adjustments; communicate claim action/processing with claimant and client
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of General Liability (Slip & Fall) claims experience
• Active adjusters license is a must
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong litigation experience is preferred
  
  

Salary/Benefits

• $ 75,000 to $ 85,000 annual base salary
