Job Summary

We are searching for an experienced and customer-oriented Small Business Commercial Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small business clients, providing exceptional customer service, and growing the business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small business commercial accounts, ensuring their needs are met and providing outstanding service
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain the client base
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products and services
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, and provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations
• Prepare reports and presentations to showcase account performance and opportunities for improvement
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Account Manager, preferably with small business experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities
• An active P&C (Property and Casualty) License is required
  
  

Compensation Package

• Compensation: Between $60k-$70k (based on experience)
