We are currently seeking an experienced Texas Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our client's team. This role requires a deep understanding of Texas workers compensation laws and the ability to handle claims efficiently while providing exceptional service to policyholders and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Handle and manage a caseload of workers compensation claims in accordance with Texas regulations.
- Investigate and evaluate claims to determine compensability, liability, and appropriate reserves.
- Review medical records, accident reports, and other relevant documents to assess claims.
- Communicate with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and attorneys to facilitate claim resolution.
- Ensure timely payment of benefits, including medical bills and wage loss compensation.
- $ 65,000 - $85,000 annual salary (based on experience)
- Flex schedule and ability to work remotely
- Annual bonus
- 401k with company match
- 3 years handling TX Workers Compensation/Indemnity claims
- Need to have TX jurisdiction experience with OK and AR
- Active TX license
- Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
