We are seeking a highly experienced and technically sound WC TPA Oversight Lead .. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client service, client retention, and a deep understanding of metrics and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming inquiries and educate other partners
• Conduct conversations with other TPAs
• Perform claims reviews and box reviews
  
  

Qualifications

7 years of experience

• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
• Strong knowledge of client retention and service
• Familiarity with PEO structure
• Proficiency in metrics and analytics
  
  

Day-to-day

The WC TPA Oversight Lead will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of the TPA, handling inquiries, educating partners, and conducting reviews. They will also collaborate with other departments and utilize their expertise in client service and retention.
