Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Workers' Compensation Adjuster for a temporary position. This is an immediate opening, and we require someone who can start without a two-week notice period.

Responsibilities

• Manage and investigate workers' compensation claims
• Analyze and determine the extent of the organization's liability
• Communicate with injured employees, medical providers, and legal representatives
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Workers' Compensation Adjuster
• Strong understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
  
  

Day-to-Day

• Reviewing and analyzing workers' compensation claims
• Communicating with various stakeholders to gather necessary information
• Making decisions regarding the extent of the organization's liability
• Documenting all claim activities and maintaining records
