- Provide attention to detail in maintaining the school campus, including upkeep of the building and grounds, components of the physical plant, and janitorial services
- Establish and maintain a budget that ensures financial resources are used judiciously for daily operations and long-term needs
- Coordinate event logistics with members of the leadership team so that facility locations are prepped appropriately for a variety of events with the least disruption to the educational day
- Contribute to a positive school culture by acting with integrity and respect for faculty, staff, and parents by building collaborative and collegial relationships within appropriate professional boundaries
- Implement and manage campus security protocols, security officers, and emergency response plans Think outside the box to creatively solve challenges
- Engage in the continuous pursuit of lifelong personal and professional development and reflection alongside a team of others doing the same
- Lift/ carry up to 50 lbs.
- Sit at a desk while working on the computer.
- Bend, twist, kneel, stoop, climb, and balance on a regular basis.
- Withstand outside weather conditions.
- Detect and exchange accurate information.
- Have close visual acuity to perform essential functions of the job.
- Withstand a moderate noise level in the work environment.
- 5 years in educational, industrial, commercial, or office (excluding residential or hotel) facility management or related experience.
- Experience with annual facility budgets, project management and capital planning.
