COMPENSATION : $130k – 145k plus bonus
PREFERRED INDUSTRIES : Waste Management, Renewable Energy, Environmental Services, Oil and Gas, Forestry, Quarrying, Metals and Minerals Processing, Industrial Construction
MUST HAVE :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development (Masters preferred)
- 5 years of Human Resources supervisory experience
- A well-developed strategy for creating succession plans across the organization
- A strong background in talent acquisition from hourly through executive level positions
- The ability to travel 5 to 25% occasionally
