Key Responsibilities
- Community Outreach & Partnerships Building:
- Establish and foster relationships with local businesses, influencers, and other referral sources.
- Coordinate and participate in community events, expos, and networking opportunities to promote client services.
- Identify and secure co-marketing opportunities with local businesses to enhance visibility.
- Serve as the client's brand ambassador, building trust and awareness within the local community.
- Event Planning & Execution:
- Organize in-house events, such as open houses, educational workshops, and VIP nights, to showcase services and products.
- Plan and execute external pop-up events at strategic locations to generate leads and appointments.
- Manage all aspects of events, including promotion, setup, staffing, and lead follow-up.
- Grassroots Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop hyper-local campaigns, including door-to-door flyer distribution, direct mail, and localized social media ads.
- Manage promotional efforts such as referral programs, loyalty incentives, and community discounts.
- Track campaign ROI and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Brand Awareness & Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content tailored to the local audience.
- Leverage platforms such as Facebook Groups, Nextdoor, and local forums to authentically engage with the community.
- Regularly share updates about events, specials, and client success stories to boost online and offline traffic.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required with proven experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in grassroots marketing, event coordination, or community outreach, ideally in the aesthetics, health, or wellness industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills with a passion for relationship-building.
- Creative thinker with a hands-on approach to marketing and partnerships.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events and community activities.
- Proficient in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
