Location: Scranton, PA Area

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000

The Civil Engineering Manager will possess deep civil engineering knowledge, land development experience, and leadership skills. This role involves managing and overseeing complex land development projects, ensuring compliance with standards, and leading a team of engineers and designers.

Duties

• Oversee projects from concept to completion, including planning, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway for commercial/industrial development.
• Develop/review engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Perform calculations, modeling, and reports for compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Conduct field inspections, site visits, and provide technical support.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
  
  

Skills/Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in Civil Engineering preferred
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• 7-10 years in civil engineering, focusing on land development
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and within a team environment
