Team Overview: You will be part of a dynamic team consisting of:
- 2 Pharmacists (RPh)
- 2 Pharmacy Technicians
- 1 Warehouse Clerk
- Accurately perform order entry and verification
- Provide patient counseling and support
- Conduct dispensing verification to ensure compliance
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone communications
- 2 years of pharmacist experience
- Current pharmacist license (RPh) in good standing with the state of Connecticut
- Home infusion or hospital experience is a plus
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-call rotation for nights and weekends
- Professional license required: Valid RPh state license in Connecticut
- No overtime or mandatory weekend shifts
