What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Specialist position at The Judge Group?
Job Details :
Inbound call center / occasional Outbound
40-60calls per day on average
The types of calls that are received include Wire Compliance / Customer service (USD, FX. Domestic, international. Calls are very RPT.)
Supporting Wire fees, cases to check BNF, amending instructions, Fraud wires, complaints.
Training is provided, 4 -6 weeks depending on system access and training process, shadow buddy for first days.
Before releasing you to be on your own, there will be a final assessment to insure that you understand what we have been learning
