Director of Human Resources - Multi Site (1079642)

Location: Concord, PA

Salary: $175,000.00 USD Annually - $185,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Director of Human Resources - Multi Site Manufacturing

This person will be responsible for the overall direction, planning and execution of Human Resources strategies across multiple manufacturing locations. This position will act as the HR Business Partner to the respective Operations Vice Presidents for the assigned business units and have dotted line responsibility for the Human Resources Managers within their respective plants.

• Key member of Human Resources Lead Team responsible for developing HR strategy and tactics.
• Build a high performing Human Resources team- provide mentoring, coaching and development opportunities.
• Integrates business strategy and values into an aligned HR strategy to drive business results.
• Champion an equitable and inclusive experience for all employees to feel heard, respected and a sense a belonging to reach our full potential.
• Act as a change agent and share ideas for improvement.
• Serve as both a manager and leader by recognizing what talent is needed, making decisions and developing talent to the highest.
  
  

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• PHR or SPHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• 10 years of professional progressive experience in Human Resources roles.
• Prior team management experience combined with a proven track record of developing, coaching and mentoring a diverse staff.
• Prior plant/manufacturing experience including in a union environment is desired
