Responsibilities
- Manufacturing: Oversee all manufacturing activities in Aston, PA. Ensure quality products, timely shipping, and maintain manufacturing documents. Manage capital equipment and production metrics. Collaborate with sales on forecasts and staffing. Champion quality and Lean principles. Work with other teams.
- Materials & Logistics: Support seamless material purchases and maintain the Kanban system. Oversee vendor management and inventory counts.
- New Product Development: Ensure efficient assembly of new products and document procedures.
- Acquisitions: Support M&A activities, including relocation and integration.
- Facilities: Efficient use of space and plan for expansions.
- People: Hire, train, and manage staff. Promote continuous skill development and Lean principles.
- Bachelors Degree, preferred
- 10 years in manufacturing leadership role
