About the Role
As an Enterprise Supplier Management Analyst, you will play a key role in vendor management, ensuring suppliers meet contractual obligations, SLA compliance, and performance benchmarks. You will oversee supplier interactions, support audits, and drive strategic sourcing initiatives while collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual terms.
- Identify performance improvement opportunities and coordinate vendor audit activities.
- Support vendor negotiations, risk mitigation, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance supplier governance solutions.
- Develop and present supplier performance insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain vendor records in SharePoint and other internal systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or 4 years of relevant experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in vendor interactions, procurement, or supplier management.
- Strong analytical skills to support procurement strategies.
- Pay: 40-50/hr
- Ability to work in time-sensitive and ambiguous situations.
- Experience with contract negotiation and supplier performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in business process outsourcing and insurance industry.
- Strong project management and strategic sourcing expertise.
