Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective customers, providing product information and addressing questions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
