Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring the availability of necessary materials, and supporting overall inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Track and report inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory operations.
• Operate inventory management software and tools.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in inventory management is a plus.
• Proven experience in inventory control or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform data entry accurately.
• Physical ability to lift and move inventory items as needed.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with barcode and RFID systems.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
