About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Learning Support Specialist to join our team at The Judge Group. As a Learning Support Specialist, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide individualized support and accommodations to ensure students receive the best possible education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of students.
- Provide one-on-one support and small group instruction to students who require additional assistance.
- Assist teachers with adapting classroom materials and activities to meet the needs of students with diverse learning styles.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and any areas of concern.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
- PDE certification in Special Education.
