Logistics Manager - $350 Million Manufacturing Company - Little Rock, AR
We are seeking a Logistics Manager responsible for managing logistics and fulfillment activities across 3 manufacturing and distribution locations in California, Arkansas, and Pennsylvania. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and efficient product flow, exceeding customer expectations, and driving continuous improvement within our supply chain.
Compensation : $100,000 - $120,000 base salary Quarterly Bonuses. True Profit Share Bonus. Cost of living increases.

Travel : 15-20% across 3 sites, AR, CA, PA.
Overview :
- Strategic Logistics Planning : Develop and implement robust logistics strategies and processes to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment across all locations, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly on-time delivery KPIs.
- Customer Focus : Build and maintain strong customer relationships by proactively communicating delivery schedules, providing timely updates, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership : Effectively lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing logistics teams at each of our three facilities.
- Vendor Management : Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with key freight and logistics providers, negotiating competitive rates while upholding the highest standards of service quality.
- Operational Excellence :
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all freight pickups and deliveries, ensuring alignment with production schedules and customer requirements.
- Manage the efficient fulfillment of trim and accessory orders, ensuring timely delivery alongside main product shipments.
- Continuously analyze logistics data and identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize delays.
- Production Coordination : Collaborate closely with production and sales teams to monitor and update production schedules based on order shipment status.
