Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in food production maintenance
- 2 years maintenance supervisor experience
- 3 years of experience in poultry
- Experience with procession equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
