Our client is currently seeking a Materials Manager for their manufacturing facility.
This job will have the following responsibilities :
- Lead, coach, and manage a team.
- This role is fully onsite (Monday-Friday)
- Take ownership of organizational transformations towards end-to-end supply chain responsibilities
- Be a Continuous Improvement champion and drive performance improvements with the team in order to achieve operational excellence
- Monitor facility capacity, identify shortages and drive material extension
- Proactively collaborate with stakeholders for end-to-end optimization
- Promote a positive work culture encouraging outstanding performance and a positive work environment
