Our client is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer (Facilities) for their manufacturing complex in the Bethlehem, PA area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Mechanical Systems Expertise : Deep understanding and management of HVAC systems, piping networks, air compression systems, and water treatment systems.
- Design and Engineering : Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and piping systems, utilizing 3D modeling software (Solidworks preferred).
- Problem-Solving : Employ structured problem-solving methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean A3) to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Project Management : Lead capital projects, from initial design to final implementation, including cost estimation, scheduling, and safety oversight.
- Technical Support : Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for emergency maintenance and operational issues.
