We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants/Paraprofessionals to join our team at two elementary schools within the district. The ideal candidates will have experience working with students with Autism and managing behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to students with Autism to meet academic and/or behavioral goals.
- Assist students with any supports or modifications needed to access school facilities and curriculum.
- Offer physical support and adapt teaching materials to cater to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with students exhibiting behavioral challenges.
- Proficiency in managing and handling behaviors associated with Autism.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
