Our client is looking for an Product Owner with experience leading the development and execution of email campaigns through Oracle Responsys
This is a long term contract
W2 only. No C2C or third parties
Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed requirements documentation including user stories, use cases, design specifications, business process and data flows and acceptance criteria
- Lead a team building email campaigns in the Responsys platform, standardizing the process we use to intake, prioritize, and build our templates while assessing what new capabilities our platform can support
- Working with development teams to plan and schedule development and delivery process, while considering interdependencies
- Help intake campaigns, understand and refine the campaign work, work with their developers on execution and delivery, and partner closely with the channel operations team to ensure a seamless end-to-end execution and handoff of campaign work.
