Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our Risk Management team within DNA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building out new risk tracking and recording systems, providing coverage to fill in gaps amongst the process excellence team.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with our risk management strategy.
- Product Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions, ensuring the product meets the needs of our stakeholders.
- Process Knowledge: Utilize your strong process knowledge to develop and improve risk tracking and recording processes.
- Experience Tracking: Track and analyze risk management activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain detailed reports and documentation to track progress and outcomes.
- System Rollout: Manage the rollout of new process systems, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.
- Requirements Integration: Bring together multiple requirements into a cohesive project plan, ensuring alignment with our overall goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience Managing Projects: Proven experience in managing large and complex projects.
- Product Owner Experience: Demonstrated experience as a product owner, preferably in risk management or a related field.
- Process Focus: Strong knowledge of process development and optimization.
- Tracking and Reporting: Experience in tracking, reporting, and documenting project progress.
- System Rollout: Experience in managing the rollout of new process systems.
- Requirements Integration: Ability to integrate multiple requirements into a single, cohesive project plan.
