What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Owner position at The Judge Group?
This is hybrid to downtown Chicago and contract to hire.
Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate product roadmap, backlog and sprint plans.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define user stories.
• Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks.
• Work with tech and product leadership to ensure effective utilization of the scrum team
• Provide thought leadership in the financial services data space focused specifically on asset management data
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement data solutions to help support business goals and outcomes.
Pay: 50-60/hr
• Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Define and deliver on testing strategy and plan
Qualifications:
• 10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in data and analytics
• Strong understanding of asset management data and business processes
