Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Preferred
- 10 years’ experience in Food Manufacturing
- 2 years experience as a Superintendent or Manager in a food manufacturing plant
- Flexible to work with all shifts as needed
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
