Leadership Opportunity
The Judge Group is looking for an experienced Project Engineering Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from inception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
- Lead project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 10 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: Project Management Certification, Maintenance, Lean training, or Quality Management certification.
- At least 7 years of experience in maintenance, quality, and/or manufacturing engineering or management.
