Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and implementing quality control procedures to maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.
• Collaborate with production and management teams to address quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Provide training to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
• 3 years experience in quality assurance or a similar role in the food industry.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HACCP, GMP, and other food safety programs.
• Proficiency in quality assurance software and tools.
