In These Entrepreneurial Roles, You Will Be Responsible For
- Identifying and acquiring single-family homes by building relationships with homeowners, negotiating deals, and closing transactions.
- Managing all incoming leads, scheduling appointments, and conducting property evaluations.
- Conducting market analysis to determine property value and make competitive cash offers.
- Utilizing CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and monitor the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Source and cultivate leads through various channels, including industry contacts and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Property Acquisition:
- Conduct property evaluations, including market analysis and property inspections.
- Negotiate and close property purchase agreements.
- Manage all aspects of the acquisition process.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build rapport with homeowners and understand their needs.
- Manage all incoming leads and schedule appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the acquisition process.
- Teamwork & Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., legal, construction, property management).
- Communicate effectively with management and team members.
- Administrative:
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and monitor the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Proven Experience: 6-10 years of experience in residential real estate acquisitions, investments, or sales.
- Strong Business Acumen: Deep understanding of real estate markets, investment principles, and risk assessment.
- Exceptional Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on building strong client relationships.
- Results-Oriented: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technologies.
- Professionalism: High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Licensure: Valid Real Estate License required.
