Job Title: Associate Clinic Admin Coordinator
Location: Remote
Contract: 6 months assignment with possible extension
Shift: 08:00 AM – 05:30 PM (Monday – Friday & Some Saturday as needed)
Hours Per week: 40 hours per week.
PAY RATE: as per expectations and experience

- Health Care-related experience 1 years.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to navigate through multiple software and computer technology.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position:
- Manage the internal/ external referral process and daily referral reconciliation gathering required information. and documents needed, working them accordingly in compliance with established timelines.
- Answers telephone and assist caller through the phone queue with scheduling and other needs based on the call type.
- Deliver quality customer service, managing the referral process professionally and in a timely manner.
- maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude with all internal and external customers/peers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Obtain and update prior authorizations and referral authorizations for both internal and external specialty offices.
What skills/attributes are required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Health Care related experience 1 years.
- Customer service experience 1 years.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Detail oriented with organizational and time management skills.
- Efficient proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Able to navigate through multiple software and computer technology.

- Referral management experience: 1-2 years.
