- System Management:
- Oversee and manage the operation and maintenance of refrigeration and boiler systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to refrigeration and boiler equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Experience in Ammonia and Freon:
- Apply in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems to maintain and improve operational efficiency.
- Leadership:
- Provide strong leadership to the refrigeration and boiler team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Scheduling and Planning:
- Develop and manage schedules for routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Plan and coordinate resources, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available for scheduled tasks.
- Training:
- Train and mentor team members on best practices, safety protocols, and technical skills related to refrigeration and boiler systems.
- Keep the team up to date with the latest industry standards and technological advancements.
- Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement necessary improvements to maintain a safe work environment.
