Job Description: We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for our IMCU Pratt 6 South unit. This role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in trauma-level facilities, specifically with IMCU/Step-down/PCU expertise documented in work history.

The Registered Nurse will work 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) and play a vital role in providing patient care in a fast-paced environment. AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required (certifications must not expire within 30 days of the start date). Applicants must hold a valid Massachusetts nursing license as conditional licenses are not accepted. COVID-19 vaccination is also mandatory.

Compensation Details

• Hourly Pay Rate: $31.00/hour
• Weekly Total Pay: $1,116.00
• Housing Stipend: $973.00
• Meals & Incidentals Stipend: $560.00
• Overtime Rate: $46.50/hour (Daily OT after 24 hours; Weekly OT after 40 hours based on multiplier)
