Hybrid : Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX
Responsibilities :
Support the strategy, planning, design, implementation, management, and performance of ServiceNow Configuration Management solutions to align with the strategic objectives and operational needs.
Collaborate with technical stakeholders to define configuration items and classes, their attributes, and data collection.
Ensure timely and accurate population of data into the appropriate ServiceNow tables to support ITSM modules and business objectives.
Required Skills and Experience :
Proficiency with ServiceNow.
Understanding of capabilities, business applications, services, products, software packages, and their functionality within the ITIL model.
Ability to communicate and implement the ITIL CMDB model effectively.
Knowledge of the ServiceNow CSDM model.
Operational experience in creating and managing Configuration Items (CIs) in the ServiceNow CMDB and AMDB.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and ensure adherence to governance standards.
Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure topology, including typical product, application, server, and networking configurations.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Project, Word, Excel) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
