Job Description
We are seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Pomona, California.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Accredited SLP credential program (includes masters)
- Experience in Pediatric population, specifically pediatric outpatient experience and pediatric speech (swallow, speech, cognitive and voice)
Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide direct patient care and conduct medically prescribed speech therapy programs to restore function. They will work in an acute care hospital with a focus on pediatric patients.
Work Environment
The hospital is a Magnet, Teaching, Level II Trauma Center with 412 total staffed beds. The dress code is business casual or scrubs with a white lab coat on top, and charting is done using Cerner software.
Benefits
This position offers 40 hours of guaranteed work per week, with the option to float within scope to meet facility needs. Locals are accepted, and pending state license acceptance is not required.
