Responsibilities
Source, Attract & Evaluate Talent
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels (job boards, networks, social media, colleges, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Promote company brand and engage in proactive outreach.
- Leverage interview best practices and administer pre-hire assessment tools.
- Focus on sourcing candidates for technical positions such as software developers, data analysts, and IT specialists.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and their teams.
- Track candidate progress through the ATS.
- Ensure positive candidate interview experience.
- Complete reference and background checks.
- Collaborate with hiring teams on interview feedback and hiring decisions.
- Present verbal and written offers.
- Collect required candidate onboarding documents.
- Partner with HR to ensure timely completion of onboarding documents. Coordinate with hiring managers to confirm first-day details.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements.
- Provide updates on recruiting efforts and market intelligence.
- Advertise jobs on various platforms.
- Update social media with internal openings and reinforce company brand and culture.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Working knowledge of ATS.
- Understanding interview/selection techniques and employment laws.
- Strong negotiating skills
