What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vendor Management Analyst position at The Judge Group?
Our client is actively seeking a Supplier Management Analyst who will be actively participating in supplier management and governance of key vendors and business relationships.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that is hybrid to Richardson, TX.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute the Enterprise Supplier Management Governance Program for Tier 2 suppliers.
- Plan and coordinate Strategic Business Reviews with critical suppliers and executives.
- Ensure visibility into market trends, healthcare insights, and best practices from suppliers.
- Calibrate and execute the Balanced Scorecard (supplier satisfaction survey) with internal leadership.
- Deliver Balanced Scorecard results to suppliers and monitor action plans for performance improvement.
- Oversee and monitor SLAs, ensuring remediation of missed SLAs and managing the SLA penalty process.
- Coordinate supplier health reporting and drive innovation and process improvement activities.
- Manage contractual obligations with suppliers and the business.
- Lead monthly governance meetings with suppliers and manage issue escalations.
- Oversee invoice spot checks and resolution.
- Drive risk assessments, contingency planning, compliance, and audit support.
- Ensure DR/BCP plans are in place and tested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-6 years of experience with vendor interactions or managing vendors in a procurement environment.
Pay: 70-90k
