Utilizing Microsoft systems and software for project management and reporting is also required.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in welding and fabrication environments and possess strong organizational and leadership skills. This role involves coordinating projects across all manufacturing departments, both in the office and on the plant floor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee welding and fabrication projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
* Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and support manufacturing activities.
* Assist in maintenance planning and scheduling.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
* Utilize Microsoft systems and software for project management and reporting.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a welder or in a welding and fabrication manufacturing environment.
* Strongly preferred experience with 6S application, machining, or industrial painting.
* Previous experience in maintenance planning and/or leadership roles such as lead or supervisor is a plus.
* Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft systems (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience in industrial painting and machining.
