The Judnich Law Office is a busy and expanding team that focuses on a very cohesive atmosphere for all our team members to work in. We tend to all get along and create very close bonds with one another which creates a very enjoyable environment to work in. Salary range for this position is $130,000 - $175,000 DOE.
This opportunity is for a full time experienced trial attorney position in our Bozeman, Montana office. This position will focus mainly on family law/divorce matters as well as criminal defense matters. We are seeking a motivated candidate that has an interest in working with a great team and can handle the joy, thrill and frustration of litigation in a few different areas of law. Each of our attorneys has access to paralegal and office telephone/client support. We also utilize an online case management system that allows for amazing client access which ultimately results in less clients calling into the office because they can find out what is happening with their case via our system, cutting down on endless client calls looking for an update.
A successful candidate will be expected to have significant prior jury trial experience and experience in complex family law matters and a working knowledge of Montana criminal law. This position requires standard in office hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission in good standing to the Montana Bar
- Prior family law trial experience
