Overview
Juice Plus is on a journey to become a truly data-driven company—powering decisions
across Partner engagement, customer experience, fulfillment, and financial operations.
As we scale globally across systems like Shopify Plus, Exigo, NetSuite, HighJump, DHL,
and a custom subscription platform, we’re seeking a hands-on and high-impact
Director, Global Enterprise Data, to lead this function through its next phase of
evolution.
This role combines strategic vision with operational execution. You will own the
enterprise data strategy while also stepping in to solve real-time issues and answering a
range of questions such “Why is this order stuck?”, “Why didn’t the tools not ingest this
transaction?”, “Why does the revenue trend look off?”, “where should we making Data
investments that will help Juice Plus grow and optimize costs?”. You will work closely
with cross-functional teams and executives, manage a hybrid working data team and
external vendors, and take ownership of data quality, reporting, observability, and AI
enablement.

Responsibilities
• Lead cross functional initiatives including investigation and resolving operational
data issues, including order delays, missing transactions, or fulfilment anomalies
• Design advanced analytics frameworks using SQL and Snowflake to address Csuite
inquiries and inform strategic business decisions requiring financial and
operational insights
• Oversee the integration architecture for multi-source data systems including
working directly with Shopify JSON, DHL XML, MongoDB, and SQL Server—
ensuring accurate ingestion and transformation
• Establish robust data validation governance across Stitch, Fivetran, custom APIs,
and GraphQL queries to ensure completeness and consistency in Snowflake
• Develop and drive the enterprise data strategy, including architecture,
governance, analytics, AI/ML, and privacy
• Build and lead a global team across Data Engineering, Analytics, Governance,
and Data Science
• Serve as the bridge between data and business by working daily with the COO,
CFO, CMO, Chief Strategy Officer, Legal, IT, and PMO
• Oversee delivery of dashboards, KPI tracking, and deep-dive analytics for
executive stakeholders
• Triage and prioritize business intelligence requests to manage workflow
efficiently, prevent bottlenecks, and maintain team well-being amidst
consistently high demand
• Improve self-service, report consistency, and the pace at which insights are
delivered
• Drive improvements in observability across Azure Functions, Data Factory, and
Service Bus to proactively monitor and resolve failures
• Ensure cart-to-curb visibility: from order placement in Shopify → Exigo / WMS →
Fulfillment → Posting
• Partner with COO and Strategy to deliver high-impact AI use cases; demand
forecasting, inventory planning, Partner chatbots, etc.
• Build the foundation for operationalizing ML models with proper guardrails
• Lead data governance for core domains like Orders, Customers, Products,
Partners, and Commissions
• Partner with Legal and IT to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and
internal policies
• Define what data quality means in practice, and work with teams to reduce
human/manual intervention in core business processes
• Manage relationships with external vendors, SIs, and contract teams
• Optimize cost vs. output across internal and external resourcing models
• Ensure vendor accountability for quality, velocity, and knowledge transfer
Qualifications & Experience
• 12 years in data/analytics with 3–5 years in senior leadership roles
• Strong hands-on technical skills, expert in SQL, Snowflake, JSON/XML parsing,
API and data pipeline debugging
• Experience with eCommerce or subscription models and familiarity with Shopify,
NetSuite, Exigo, and fulfillment integrations
• Demonstrated success operating in high-pressure, high-stakes environments
where trust in data is paramount
• Proven experience leading teams and working with external vendors or system
integrators
• Passion for building data platforms that are fast, reliable, and explainable
