- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
```Experience```
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques
- Experience with catering, banquets, or sales events is a plus
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and craft beers is an asset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a busy setting
- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional hospitality
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and calculating drink prices
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
