- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and cash register station.
- Provide assistance to customers as needed, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, particularly in quick service fast food restaurants or cafés, is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques is a plus.
