Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional service.
Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide menus and assist with any initial drink orders
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Skills
- Experience in guest services or food service is preferred
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
