Restaurant Supervisor
The Juicy Seafood is a Cajun-style seafood restaurant focusing on seafood boils and fried baskets. We are a growing franchise throughout Colorado and the United States. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you play a direct role helping the management team oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. We are not requiring a ton of experience for this position; most importantly we are looking for candidates to meet the following criteria: eager to learn, reliable, honest, excellent communication skills, outstanding time management, positive attitude, takes initiative, and has a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Valid/Current Driver’s License
- Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday’s)
- 10 Hour workdays at about 40-50 hours per week on average
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
Duties:
- Supervise the restaurant effectively
- Provide direction to shift leads and staff to achieve restaurant goals
- Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide coaching and feedback to management regarding staff performance
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Provide confidentiality in regard to any employee information
- Always provide support for employees and management
- Communicate with the management team to ensure effective running of the restaurant and customer satisfaction
- Supervise staff daily ensuring side work, sections, and customer service are maintained
- Assist in any areas of the restaurant when staffing constraints require
- Enforce all policies
