We are looking for a server with bartending experience to be one of our shift leads. Pay is 11/hr plus tips (15% automatic gratuity on all checks). Will be responsible for handling money and customer complaints. Any questions feel free to ask.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server?Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage a busy bar area with ease. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Manage bar inventory and keep track of supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, tables, and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions.
- Work effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless service.
- Manage a team of bartenders, including training new staff members and providing guidance and support.
- Assist with food management, including preparing and serving food items as needed.
- Participate in staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a banquet or quick service fast food restaurant environment.
- Proven experience as a bartender, with a focus on customer service and drink preparation.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of bartenders.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage inventory and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Knowledge of food production and management practices.
- Ability to train and guide other staff members.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
