Position Overview
The Field Supervisor manages our multi-route operation with a dynamic mix of leadership and hands-on work. Think of it as a real-world game of Tetris you'll optimize routes, schedules, and resources while ensuring we keep as much out of landfills as possible.
You'll manage dispatch operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction, tracking performance metrics and coordinating multiple trucks and crews.
As part of developing your team and leading by example, you'll also spend time in the field (typically averaging 30-50% of your time, varying with business needs). This hands-on involvement includes performing customer jobs, managing the warehouse, and operating and emptying trucks – wherever you're most needed.
This role offers a clear path to advancement, with the successful Field Supervisor having the opportunity to grow into an Operations Manager position and eventually a General Manager as we expand.
